There are many websites where the public has posted their ratings, comments and opinions about the vets that they have been to. The comments range from extremely positive to extremely negative. Yes, we understand that. We have had both experiences at any given vet's office. The one thing to remember, when reading negative comments, is that there is always the other side of the story. For any vet one will find both good and bad comments. Vets and their staff are people too. They have bad days and lives outside of the workplace too. Today's bad mood may be tomorrows sunny and bright outlook.
